1. I am loving how this is coming along.
2. I am not nearly as displeased with the blocks that have 2 prints as I originally thought. Mostly because when a skinny print from block A is next to a fat print in block B, they will look like a block with 2 prints.
3. I have about 20 more blocks to piece.
4. I am definitely piecing them with white. :o)

Those are pretty! I like the low contrast of this layout!
I think it'll be okay - one of the things you'll want in a quilt is a variety of levels of contrast. So if some of the blocks have high contrast (a solid and a bold print together) and some are low-medium contrast ( two small prints or a bold print with a small print) - it will just create a lot of visual interest. I think it's looking good so far!
