Banana Spider

Caveat, I was impressed with myself for being able to take this shot.
I am blogging because I have a glut of bananas & am soliciting idea for using them...
The story - I bought a bunch of green bananas & they are getting spots now while still being green. (They are ripe enough to eat.)
(Besides throwing them in the freezer...)

Peel a banana and freeze it. When it is frozen, take it out and blend it up into banana 'ice cream'. No additional ingredients needed but you can add a little vanilla or some strawberries. My grandkids love this!
We used to love orange juice and ripe banana smoothies.
Mash, measure and freeze to make fruit bread later?
Banana butter....there's a recipe or two on the web!
