Can you tell these all of the reds are not the same? Yes? Good. There not the same & there are several other reds in the blocks that still need to be pieced.
While I photographed this outside, I waited too long & lost the sun...

These are looking good!!
I love the combination of red, black, & white. I have a stack of those colors intended for a quilt for my daughter. I also have a sentimaental attachment to the bowtie block, as it is the pattern of my crib quilt (which is in tatters now, but I still have it). The colors & arrangement really update an oldie but goodie.
