I made toffee oatmeal cookies this morning while my husband was feeding Jacob. Every time I used the mixer, he would turn around. So cute!

(I used the recipe on the Heath Toffee bits bag & they were good.)

This afternoon, I am going to make a chocolate cake that is hand stirred, so it will be less exciting. (But the recipe uses mayonnaise instead of eggs & oil, so that could make for some excitement.)
