Jacob was one of the younger ones - but the gaps are pretty big - the older ones are a year older or more & the younger ones were 6 months old, so as always it was nice that the kids played nicely with Jacob. He was "nervous" since a couple of the oldest "kids" were rough housing & it was a new environment...

That is late for the little ones! Oh and by the way, the suggestion that I made about the quilt that it could be done as a four patch. Well, there is a perfect example of what I was referring to in Kaffe Fassett's Quilt Road book. The quilt is titled Crosses and is done in four patches. The look that comes out is definitely crosses. It is definitely a great reference for size and fabric yardage. You can get it on Amazon for $18.45 if you don't have it already. I hope this helps you out.

Great photo and a wonderful story to go with it. It is always nice to see kids playing together with the younger ones.
