I am ready to start cooking for the holiday that starts at sundown. On the menu are a sweet chicken dish that includes sweet potatoes, apples, pineapples & carrots - sort of stew like, so I will not have to prepare any sides. I am also about to bake a honey cake.
So we will usher in a sweet new year as I wish a sweet new year to you as well.
