Quilt Shows

Once upon a time ago, I was pretty darned good about posting the quilts that I wanted to share. Well, I only shared a few from the last several quilts shows intsead of the breadth that I had planned on sharing. With that understanding here is one from Sisters by Michael at State of the Craft:
M5K's Labyrinth
& another quilt from Hershey:

I could still post more & more, but...

(But, I did not get requests to share more, I did not get a lot of feedback on sharing one way or the other, & they feel a bit old now, I mean Sisters was almost a month ago. I'm torn. Then again, I did not share all that I wanted to for quite some time. I could do a retro spective for quite some time...)

I, for one, like seeing the quilts. For me quilt shows are VERY few and far between. I visit shows vicariously through your blog :)

It's your blog and you should do whatever you want! I enjoy seeing the photos even though I am very lax about commenting to tell you that.

Sorry-I should comment more because I really enjoy seeing the quilts and rarely get to a show anymore.
That gorgeous quilt that came back home a few posts ago-really stunning and I love the colors. Nice surprise!

I, too, have noticed a reduction in comments ~ perhaps folks are adding to their blog lists so the need to read more and more meaning they have less time to share their reactions and interact?

As Vicki said, this is your blog so post what makes you happy (whether or not folks leave comments).

p.s. If you're wondering ~ I love seeing pictures from the quilt shows.

I love pics too!! And I love to commenet!!! And on the wrong # thing, yes, I do remember the 'sorry' when they have realized they did dial wrong. The text message thing though, it's easy to see why he thought you were kidding - it is so faceless now - this whole 'talking' alot of people seem to do... I don't text - I tried once and it took me FOREVER to say what I wanted to say!! It's quicker for me to just pick up the phone - and then 'surprise'!! I would know I goe the wrong number!!! (oh that would be frustrating to me to actually text - then find out it's not the right number!!!!!! lol!!) have a great week!!

Always love to see quilts from any quilt show. I just posted a quilt show pic on my blog from the Houston IQS two years ago. Pictures of quilts from quilt shows are never too old! Karen

Why, that first one is amazing! What a talented quilter must have made it!!

But seriously, I think blogging and blog-reading tends to drop off in the summer, as people are out travelling and, you know, frolicking in the sunshine and what have you. Things tend to pick up in the fall when the party's over.
