So I get home & I put the baby in the swing so that I can get everything in from the car, check the mail, & start his diaper wash. This is the scene when I return...
Is she a baby sitter or a bench warmer?
(That laundry basket has to move back to the bedroom before my dinner guests arrive on Friday...)

Hee hee, that's hilarious! Our cat was too scared of the baby to go near her stuff(except for the pram before she was born).
I think she just knows what part of the room is getting all of the attention and she wants to be there too.
How about a warmer-baby-bench-sitter??? Of course it doesn't matter........... she/he is the cat and is, afterall, the only one that really matters anyway. LOL
At least that is what Miss Smokey told me.
She is the best kitty ever! I love her for loving dear baby.
I'd love to say she was definately a 'baby sitter' but knowing cats I'm sure she was thinking more of her own comfort!!!
She wants to be the baby :-).
