Guess what?

After seeing the Dr. for my annual yesterday, I officially need to go on a diet. I found this - very informative. Too bad I head that 100 calories is the appropriate amount for a snack.

We should try to lose weight together. I'm the highest weight I've ever been! Hormones have a little to do with it...age...yuk! But, you know we've earned the extra weight and gray hair.

I hope you are right about there being no fees on the blogs. I'll continue on, adding pics and using up lots of memory. My husband sells power to server farms, which use as much electricity as a neighborhood, mainly to cool the machines. Someone has to be paying for it, but, I don't know exactly who, advertisement is probably right. I can advertise on my blog, but, why? I don't think you make that much. Selling patterns/books is probably the best way for quilters to make money. Maybe someday I'll do that. Not now.

This is an interesting site - there is a book that has pictures like this too. I think it is the best way to help people decide what to eat and the impact of their actions. I don't think I ill be eating onions, peppers, or ketchup for a snack though!
