A couple "after" shots of my living room.

Living room shot This is the view from the back of the condo near the sliding glass doors looking to the entrance.

living room shot 2 After stepping down the stairs, this is the view of the living room with my Trip Around the World hanging over the couch.

quilt on chair in my living room More centered near the back of the living room is the chair with my oriental charm quilt draped over it. My flannel rag quilt on the ottoman waiting for a snuggle. Those are artist teddy bears on the end table.

Trip Around the World quilt This the quilt above the couch. "The Tabbies Take a Trip Around Tokyo." I started with the border fabric & pulled/purchased (about 1/2 & 1/2) fabrics to go with it. Most people worked the other way around on this project. I took a class for this quilt, I had previously made a Trip Around the World (TATW), twice, both times with piles of squares...

Rhapsody Gratitutious shot of Rhapsody, she matches the couch...

The dining room may be next, that is where one of my other TATW quilts is hanging.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. :-) Love the "Tabbies" quilt. Would it surprise you to know I have that fabric? LOL! Almost picked it for Judy's challenge this month. And don't you know it's VERY important to match the furniture to the cats. That way the fur they deposit frequently doesn't show up as much. Of course with my group who ALL look different it's hard to match to all of them. So I just cover it with quilts that are easier to wash then the upholstery.

You have a nice condo and I like the decor! I have always thought of decorating in a Siamese color scheme, those fur tones are so gorgeous and the eyes.......actually, my family room is halfway there.

Oh, I just love home-shots. You've got a lovely place and your quilts are beautiful. Nice that you have a light on the one in the foyer. I have to get it together to make a quilt for my living room.

Very nice! I don't have any of my quilts on the walls at home, I tend to take them into the library and hang them there instead... lol

But the tabbies quilt is super - looks great with the color of the walls and your living room. Poor Rhapsody doesn't look like she likes having her picture taken, though!

Beautiful quilts!! To die for! And your charity quilts are so refreshing for the eyes, someone is surely going to just LOVE them. What a generous person you are to donate not one, but two!

Great quilts and lovely home. Terrific job on the charity quilts. Love the colors. The TATW is fantastic! I've yet to discipline myself enough to make one.

These photos are like flipping through an art/decorating magazine, thaks for sharing your lovely home. Rhapsody is gorgeous. You've racked up a lot of frequent flier miles with all of these TATW!

Thanks for inviting us into your home. The quilts look right at home. The TATW looks like it uses very small squares. I can't imagine doing one with squares - I would be putting everyting in the wrong spot.

The living room looks wonderful! You've come so far with it. Time flies, huh?
The cat quilt up in the hall is gorgeous -- a perfect place for it, and the spotlight is just right.
